Service Description

Program refers to the need of understanding basic knowledge and skills required to properly freedive so that further progress is obtained. Skills -Review of Minimal Skills -Relaxation, stretching of main joint, diaphragm and breathing -Duck dive and surfacing around objects -Surface Buoyancy Full Lungs and Passive Exhale -Pulling entry and turn -Pulling relaxation dive -Mask leak cleaning at 1 meters deep -Mask removal from 5 meters deep -Self Rescue No fins (one fin kicking or arm strokes) from 10 meters -Buddy rescue assisting at surface -Buddy rescue from 10 meters -Dive to 12 meters Kicking 2 days CERTIFIED BY BLACKFIN FREEDIVER
