Service Description

“Minimal” Freediving (0-7 meters) Fun diving and/or Exploration Skills - Relaxation, breathing and recovery - Stretching, main joint groups - Duck dive, surface and underwater kicking, surfacing technique review - Beyond 1:20 minutes static breath hold with controlled exit - 25 meters length underwater with controlled rhythm and exit - Static and length underwater diver assisting drills - Mask leak cleaning underwater and mask removal - Surface buoyancy check full lungs and passive exhale 1 day CERTIFIED BY BLACKFIN FREEDIVER
