Skills -Relaxation, empty lung stretching of thorax, main joints, diaphragm and breathing -Review of skills -Static of 2+ minutes -Buoyancy review surface and depth (10-15 m) -Advanced entry and turn -Proper Frenzel -Pulling dive to 20 m -Free fall from 18 m to deeper and floating from 8 m to 0 m -Mask leak cleaning at 5 meters deep -Mask removal from 10 meters deep -Diver safetying from 10 meters -Self rescue no fins (one fin kicking or arm strokes) from 15 meters -Diver assisting at surface with 30 second tow -Diver rescue from 15 meters -Dive to 20 meters Kicking 3 days CERTIFIED BY BLACKFIN FREEDIVER
